Our steaks are cut fresh daily, but if you need a special cut, just let us know.  We will be happy to cut your meat to order.  We have prepared homemade andoullie and Italian sausages using our own special recipes.  Whole stuffed chickens, boudin, quail and meat pies are available daily.  We also offer exotic meats like elk, alligator, veal and lamb by special order.
