Balsamic Glazed Chops

In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of honey and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. Season thick cut bone in chops with fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper. Sear in a couple table spoons of olive oil. When finished searing, add the balsamic mixture, turning the chops in the pan so they are coated. Finish in a 350F oven for about 15 minutes - do not over cook. Inner temperture should read 160F. Serve with Mark West Pinot Noir.
