Bleu Cheese Salad

Add apple or pear slices, walnuts and crumbles of bleu cheese to spring mix.  Top with Hendrickson’s Sweet Vinaigrette Dressing.  Pair with the Coppola Sauvignon Blanc.

For a real summer treat, add fresh strawberries and substitute Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette.

Another variation of this recipe uses fresh sliced grapes, walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles, and Brianna's New American Dressing, a creamy balsamic dressing.  Mmmm!

Vegetarian Dishes

Caesar Salad and Roma Tomatoes with Basil and Feta

Serve these two salads to make a light summertime meal.  Pair with Vigneti Del Sol Pinot Grigio.

Broccoli Au Gratin

Pair with twice baked potatoes and Alice White Chardonnay

Spicy Tomato Angel Hair Pasta

This mix by Near East prepares in minutes and makes a great summertime pasta meal.  For a hearty meal, pair with our Cajun Grilled Chicken Breast and the Bonny Doon Pacific Rim Dry Riesling.

Grilled Vegetable Kabobs

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Cavender’s Greek Seasoning before grilling. Serve with rosemary roasted potatoes and Tiziano Pinot Grigio.

Fresh Green Beans with Pine Nuts

Clean and boil green beans until tender.  Do not over cook;  the beans should still be a little crispy.  In a dry pan, toast pine nuts on a low heat.  Add a teaspoon of minced garlic to pine nuts after they have browned slightly on both sides.  Add beans and drizzle with just enough olive oil to coat the green beans.

Pesto Spinach Pasta

Boil spinach fettuccini and drain.  Add a couple of tablespoons of Stonewall Kitchen's basil pesto or artichoke pesto to pasta and drizzle with olive oil, just enough to lightly coat the pasta. Serve and enjoy!
