Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Brush pork with olive
oil and place in a covered baking dish. Roast in the
oven at 350 until inner temperature reaches 160F. Just before removing
from the oven, brush with Dr. Pete’s Praline Mustard Glaze
and cook uncovered for about 5 minutes. Serve with baked
sweet potatoes and Estancia Pinot Noir.
Cajun Grilled Pork
Chops
Center cut chops are
available ready to heat or request your choice of our fresh
cut chops with our spicy pork rub for a new summer grill
item. Grill on medium heat and serve with Columbia Crest
Reisling.

at 350F for 20 minutes, or until the inner temperature
reaches 160F.
